Read at the start of each session

• Arrive on time. Entering late can be distracting to the group's flow of practice and discussion, but if you are going to be late, please come on muted.

• Keep your microphone muted unless you are speaking. Raise your hand if you have something to share, and begin when called upon.

• Wait in silence after each person speaks.

• Practice respect and patience. Refrain from speaking out of turn, and hold a calm, attentive presence when addressing the group.

• What's shared here, stays here. Confidentiality is at the heart of this space. Do not repeat or discuss what others share in session outside of it, and avoid naming or identifying other attendees elsewhere.

• Speak from your own experience. Use "I" statements rather than giving unsolicited advice or trying to fix what someone else shares.

• This is a practice space, not a performance. There's no need to have the right words or a polished share — however you show up is enough.

• Take care of yourself. You're welcome to pass, stay muted, or step away at any point without explanation.
